Meli and Dario’s love story began about 8 years ago…

The year: 2017

The location: Casco Viejo, Panama

It was a weekend night, Dario was hanging out having a good, chill time with his friends.

And then in walked Melisha.

Dario, naturally, made the first move.  With his ever friendly and jovial attitude, awesome humor, and quick wit, he instantly captured Meli’s interest. 

He made her feel comfortable and more importantly, he made her laugh like nobody else has before. 

As the night continued, Meli and Dario carried on conversing well into closing time. 

Suddenly, the patrons began exiting in droves. But before being forced to part ways by a massive crowd of people, Dario shouted for Meli to yell out her number to him.  Which she did. 

Next thing you know, Meli gets a text right before bed that night which reads: 

“I noticed your profile photo features you in a beautiful Indian dress.  Tell me something, is that the kind of dress you’re going to wear when WE get married?” 

And so their epic journey began.
